Who should attend this course?
How is this course unique?

The design of this course is based on the Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy Course (MBCT), from Oxford Mindfulness Centre. Key elements from the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Programme (MBSR) from University of Massachusetts are also an integral part of the course.

Contemporary research shows that when tools from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and evidence-based Positive Psychology (not to be confused with 'positive thinking') are combined with Mindfulness, the results obtained are deeper and are longer-lasting.

Psycho-education unlocks the door for educators and students to leverage these scientific findings, so they can operate to their full human potential, with increased well-being and resilience.
