A common theme when delivering Mindfulness at Work courses is of people feeling they haven't enough time to practice Mindfulness. If you want to bring some Mindful Moments into your working day this simple exercise is perfect. There's no limit to the number of times this can be done during the day.

It is called “Two Feet, One Breath.” In this practice, you take a moment to pause, feel both feet on the floor, and then feel your inhalation and your exhalation. A simple intervention such as this only takes a moment and can help you centre, come into the present moment, and connect with your work, walking, or whatever you are involved in doing in any particular moment.
