Carmel Farnan Founder of the Irish Mindfulness Academy
Carmel Farnan holds a BSc (Hons) Psychology degree and is a professional Psychotherapist ,with a private clinical practice in Ireland for the last 25 years.

She has lectured internationally as a Mindfulness Trainer for over 20 years, but her deep interest in Mindfulness and Meditation began as a teenager, and she has developed her own personal practice of Mindfulness since that time.

As a graduate member of the British Psychological Society Carmel adopts this professional Code of Ethics in all aspects of Mindfulness Courses she designs and delivers ,at the Irish Mindfulness Academy.
